Hi I’m Natalie,

Movement has always been a significant part of my physical and mental well being .long before I knew the science behind the benefits of fitness, my body intuitively felt its effects.

Time and time again, i’ve found having a movement practice directly impacts my wellbeing.

Wellbeing goes beyond fitness to encompass the multifaceted nature of health.

I help women reconnect with their bodies through intuitive movement and nourishing practices rooted in Ayurveda. My approach is gentle, personalized, and always guided by a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence.
